We
endeavour to answer most emails. However, it is not always possible
to attend to all requests because of the volume of mail we sometimes receive,
and the limited time that we can devote to correspondence.
To maximise the
chances of a prompt reply please keep your messages brief, simple &
to the point. The more complex the inquiry the greater time required
to read it & prepare an answer, & hence the greater the chance
that we won't get around to it.
We give greatest
priority to correspondence concerning orders already placed & inquiries
which are easy to answer, and we always like responding to messages which
carry a positive flavour. Two things we don't particape in are: bargaining
over price or variation of our terms & conditions of trade; and philosophical
debates on animal rights & environmental issues.
